Our new family member: UKULELE

Still in the pandemic mode, still in the lockdown and the terrible November weather, we bought our first musical instrument: ukulele. To some of you, it might sound a bit unusual, surprising, or even a bit crazy. I had my doubts too! Well, tell your husband or partner that you would like to get a ukulele and wait for their reaction 🙂 But the truth is, this little thing can brighten up your day, you will easily find yourself practicing Ed Sheeran’s songs for hours! You will be looking forward to the time you could learn some new chords again. There are so many tutorials online and for free and you would not believe how mindful it can be (I know, it is a bit all about mindfulness these days but it really is). So if you would like to try something new, learning to play the ukulele might be something you might consider.

"Michaela Mac Donnell came to our house one sunny Sunday morning and spent a few hours with us capturing our life as a new family. She is such a lovely person and so easy to work with. It was like having a friend in the house as opposed to a stranger and she just observed us and took photos, with as little intervention as possible. Her use of natural light, beautiful composition and ability to capture the best of us meant I got exactly what I was looking for and far more beyond that. Thank you Michaela.
